RADIESSE® is a is a safe, FDA-approved, dermal filler made of calcium-based microspheres suspended in a water-based gel. It is injected into the skin through a simple and minimally invasive procedure. RADIESSE dermal filler is a great choice for total facial contouring adding volume and fullness. It can restore a healthy, youthful appearance and besides the immediate impact, it continues to work over time. After injection of RADIESSE, a process called collagenesis starts.

Collagenesis stimulates your body to produce new collagen and encouraging collagen to grow around the injection area, creating naturally younger look. Results are immediate and may last up to a year or more for many patients. You can expect greatly improved wrinkles, and smoothed-out depressed scars immediately after the injections. You may have a little swelling and/or some slight bruising lasting 24 to 36 hours. These can be covered with make-up. Aspirin, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications (Motrin, ibuprofen, naproxen), vitamin E, fish oil and omega 3 fatty acids should be avoided 1-2 weeks prior to your injections because these may make you more prone to bruising.

Restylane and Restylane-L
Restylane and Restylane-L: FDA-approved dermal fillers for lip enhancement in patients over age 21. The products are also used to treat moderate-to-severe facial wrinkles and folds including: nasolabial folds (lines that extend from the corner of the nose to mouth), lips and vermillion border (lip border), smile lines, marionettes (depressions below corners of the mouth), and smoker’s lines.

Restylane and Restylane-L are composed of smooth consistency gel made of hyaluronic acid (a naturally occurring substance found in skin, joints, and eyes) which adds hydration and instantly restores volume and fullness to the skin. It can be safely used to restore volume in the cheeks and tear troughs (hollowness under the eyes). Restylane is injected with a small needle and results are immediate lasting up to 6 months. Possible, mild to moderate, side effects (lasting 7 days or less) include: redness, swelling, pain, tenderness, lumps, and bruising. Aspirin, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications (Motrin, ibuprofen, naproxen), vitamin E, fish oil and omega 3 fatty acids should be avoided 1-2 weeks prior to your injections because these may make you more prone to bruising.

BOTOX Cosmetic
BOTOX Cosmetic: BOTOX Cosmetic is a natural, purified protein, administered via few tiny injections, aimed to relax wrinkles-causing muscles. It’s a FDA approved, nonsurgical aesthetic treatment, intended to temporarily improve the appearance of moderate to severe glabellar lines (the lines between the brows) in adult patients 18 – 65 years of age.

Botox Cosmetic can help smooth out facial wrinkles of forehead, crow’s feet, lower lids, bunny lines, radial lip lines, dimpled chin, down turned mouth, and neck bands. Results can be seen as early as 2 days and last between 3-5 months. After injections minimal redness (which usually resolves within 15 min.) is seen however, no downtime is needed. Occasionally, but rarely bruising may occur.

Mesotherapy is a relatively new procedure in the United States; however, it is being practiced by over 50,000 physicians worldwide without major complications. Mesotherapy is a series of micro-injections aimed to deliver a custom made cocktails of vitamins, minerals, aminoacids, and homeopathic compounds into the skin to treat a variety of conditions. Mesotherapy delivers the medicine directly to the target/problem area in the body, bypassing the oral, gastrointestinal, and liver routes. Therefore, the concentration of injected nutrients in the treated area is much greater when compared to oral route. As few as 4 and as many as 10 treatments may be needed depending on the size of the area and the result desired.

 What is Mesotherapy used for?
Mesotherapy has been widely used in esthetic medicine for cellulite reduction, fat reduction and body sculpting (buttocks, hips, legs, arms, back and bra lines, abdomen, chin, fat pads under the eyes), skin rejuvenation (Meso-Lift or Meso-Glow), pain management, acne and scarring, hair loss (alopecia), and wrinkles.

Short period of itching, burning, or soreness, lasting from a few minutes to as much as 2 days, may occur. Temporary bruising, which usually fades within 1 week, is also common. There is no down time for this procedure so immediate return to regular activities is possible.

Carboxytherapy originated in France and has been widely used for over 70 years with no major side effects. More than 4,000 doctors worldwide are practicing Carboxytherapy, and 100’s of published scientific articles can be found in PubMed.

The carbon dioxide (CO2) is a non-embolic gas and has no toxicity even in elevated doses. Our body produces about 200 cc/min of CO2 when at rest and 10 times more during the exercise. The dosage used for aesthetic and therapeutic treatments is less than 100 cc/min and does not exceed more than 2,000 cc. Carboxytherapy improves circulation by forcing red bloods cells to release oxygen and pick up C02 to be eliminated by the body. When injected into the treated area, improved blood flow to the subcutaneous tissue occurs, nourishing the skin and allowing for improved healing. This process stimulates collagen and elastin building and remodeling which in turn leaves the skin tighter, smoother, and brighter. Carboxytherapy also weakens and destroys fat cells which are very sensitive to CO2 gas.

It is being widely used worldwide for cellulite reduction and prevention, local adiposity (localized fat), stretch marks, skin laxity, wrinkles, acne scarring, and alopecia (hair loss). When injected into the scalp a vasodilation effect occurs allowing for increased nourishment with vitamins and nutrients. This results in stimulation of hair growth and reduction/stabilization of hair loss. Carboxytherapy works well alone however, when combined with Mesotherapy the results are even better.

Dark under-eye circles
The tear trough deformity a common reason for dark under-eye circles. A depression under the eyes is often mistakenly perceived as skin discoloration but in reality, the dark color of the circles is often greatly exaggerated by a pronounced tear trough under the eye. The dark under-eye circles can be significantly reduced with dermal filler Restylane and Restylane-L , giving you younger, more relaxed and energized look. 1

The procedure takes only several minutes with little or no downtime.

Lip Enhancement
Synthetic or biological products can be used to safely enhance or augment the lips. The provider may use a variety of products to achieve lip enhancement including Juvéderm, Restylane and other fillers.

The procedure usually takes about 30 minutes. Usually, a topical anesthetic is used to numb the lips to minimize the discomfort. The lips may appear a bit swollen for 3-5 days therefore, it is best to plan ahead before a special date or event.

VelaShape III
Endless Youth uses VelaShape’s FDA-approved technology to reduce the appearance of cellulite. The massage rolling system works across problem areas, where it melts fat cells with a combination of radio-frequency waves, infrared light, vacuum suction, and massaging rollers. Once melted, the fat cells are naturally flushed away by your body’s lymphatic system.

Commonly treated areas include abdomen, love handles, upper arms, hips, thighs and buttocks.

Localized fat
A fat depot is a result of site accumulation, deposit, and storage of fat cells that is not immediately or actively involved in metabolic processes. We often wonder why, when trying to lose weight, some parts of our body get smaller fast (e.g., the face and/or breasts) while others (e.g., the love handles / abdomen / thighs) minimally or never do.

Well, we now know that our body does not store and burn fat uniformly. Researches have shown that blood flow has a lot to do with local fat deposits. Localized fat or fat depot areas of the body have impaired circulation/vasodilation thus promoting local fat storage, and making it difficult losing fat in those areas.

Stretch marks/Scars
These are caused by pregnancy, weight gain, or extreme weight loss, and are a form of scarring. This scarring occurs in the dermis (the middle skin layer) which can break down after being constantly stretched.

Both men and women can get stretch marks. The body areas most often affected include the abdomen, thighs, hips, breasts, upper arms, and lower back. Scars after burn, injury, or other trauma, such as surgery, form when the dermis is damaged.

As a natural part of the healing process the body forms new collagen fibers to repair the damage. The new scar tissue will have different quality and texture than the surrounding tissue.

Skin rejuvenation/tightening
As we age the collagen production is lessened, although it never completely stops.

Collagen gives our skin its elasticity; therefore loss of collagen makes the skin thinner and not as resilient. Wrinkles and fine lines will eventually form.

Cellulite is a normal fat beneath the skin which pushes against connective tissue, causing the skin to have a bumpy, orange peel- like appearance. Genetics, metabolic/endocrine factors (food, life style, hormones) play a role in cellulite development.

A decrease in estrogen affects the micro-circulation and a compromised micro-circulatory system results in defective connective tissue bands. Cellulite is mostly located over the buttocks, hips, thighs, and around the inner part of knees.

Hair loss
Hair growth occurs in cycles. Each cycle consists of long growing phase (lasts between two to six years), a short transitional phase (transitional hair growth that lasts two to three weeks), and a short resting phase (lasts two to three months).

At the end of the resting phase the hair falls out, a new hair replaces it, and the cycle starts again. Alopecia is a medical term for hair loss. It can be caused by many factors from genetics, hormones, to health conditions, and drugs. The most common cause of hair loss in both men and women is androgenetic alopecia.
